I created a global moment for Meta People Operations on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and their homepage. I created authentic examples of the five reasons to get prospective candidates—focusing on EVP level talent—and current employees to positively engage with Meta’s employer brand, believe in the work Meta is doing, and see a place for themselves at Meta.
Audible AI and New Features
I wrote campaign and brand scripts for two internal Audible campaigns — one focused on new Audible features in app and the other on AI features like real-time voice translation.
SEPHORA: Faces of Music
I built an inspiring internal comms campaign for Sephora, helping Sephora to elevate the Sephora brand through music and beauty collabs and forming strong partnerships in the music space.
Amazon Music: HBCU Homecoming
I wrote the brand manifesto, reasons to believe, and strategic documents for an Amazon Music event campaign to strategically engage in the HBCU Homecoming experience, helping deepen the brand’s connection with young, diverse audiences, particularly within the Black communities.
Google x ADCOLOR
I helped Google with narrative development and event messaging for 2024 AdColor, and creating inspiring message for Google’s pop-up: the Google Open Mic, From Spark to Stage.
