Work at Meta
What I did
I created a global moment for Meta People Operations on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and their homepage. I created a full suite of campaign copy to help Meta attract top-tier tech talent and get prospective candidates and current employees to positively engage with Meta and see a place for themselves at the company. I scripted the anthem film, crafted animated and static social ads, wrote carousel copy rooted in brand taglines, and developed web copy and employee stories that made the future feel personal.
Goals
Reposition Meta as a place where diverse thinkers—not just engineers—can shape the future.
Make complex tech roles feel human, creative, and purpose-driven.
Broaden the talent pool by speaking to creatives, artists, and builders who may not see themselves in tech (yet).
Results
A striking anthem film and cohesive social and web campaign that reframed connection as a superpower.
A fresh brand voice that spoke fluently to a wider talent pool—beyond just engineers.
Helped shift the perception of Meta from tech monolith to creative incubator, inspiring a broader field of applicants ready to build what’s next.

I created scripts for Meta’s anthem films based on the ways in which Meta employees were part of building the future of connection. The anthem video focused on the force for connection engineers could become at Meta.

Our animated and static social ads riffed on coding language to reach an audience of creatives who may not see themselves as typical Meta employees, but who would bring depth to the company’s teams. We encouraged a broader field of candidates by making the jobs feel accessible and relevant to different prospective employees.
